A woman accused of being a prostitute has been charged with the attempted sexual exploitation of a child.
A court in Melbourne was told a man from Melbourne’s east had been on a girl’s motorcycle when she met him at a petrol station and made advances.
The court heard the man and his friend had a relationship that included a massage, but no physical contact.
He was charged with four counts of indecent assault on a child and two counts of indecency with a child after the woman told police.
She said she didn’t want to press charges because it could be considered harassment.
